Our practice is a hybrid model of insurance and membership. We strive to provide the majority of our care and services within the insurance-based model. Membership supports our highly personalized approach and maintains those elements of a functional, integrative practice framework that are not be supported by insurance.

We invite you to try out our practice with a one-time insurance-based medical consultation (excluding wellness visits) with one of our physicians before committing to the membership fee. This will allow you to see how our practice can benefit you. If you wish to continue care with MIHG, our team will assist you with coordination of your membership and scheduling your next appointment.
